Cancellations

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final.  Due to the custom nature of my products, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.  If you have any issues with your order, please contact me immediately at rebecca@balancedstitches.com.  I stand behind my products and craftsmanship.  However, mistakes do happen and I am happy to work with you to resolve any issues.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your items upon reception and contact me immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Sale Items/Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
